- Dissolve gelatin in water on a low flame until it is dissolved. Keep this aside.
- Mix together milk, condensed milk, juices and blend well.
- Add soaked gelatin to this. Mix well again.
- Now add the cut orange segments and shredded orange rinds to the mixture. You can add more segments according to your taste and needs.
- In another bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar.
- Add the cream to orange mixture and pour this into a serving dish.
- Refrigerate till the souffle is set. Garnish with orange segments and serve chilled.
