Ingredients

Grated Coconut
1 cup
Dried red chillies

Ginger (chopped)
1/2 tsp
Shallots (chopped)

Curry leaves
3
Tamarind
Salt
Coconut Oil

Steps

  1. Sauté chillies, onions, curry leaves and ginger for 1 minute. Add grated coconut and mix well. Do not let this change color . Remove from fire and let this cool.
  2. Add a pinch of tamarind or according to your taste.
  3. Blend this mix with little or no water.
  4. Check the sourness and add salt according to your taste.
  5. Ready to serve!!
